Three specialisations, all delivered turn-key. Painting, flooring, and joinery are always included. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Most Dublin homes have an attic that's either storage or empty air. We convert it into a fully finished room — bedroom, home office, playroom, or whatever suits your family — without the mess, delay, or surprise costs you've come to expect from building work.
Attic conversions typically don't require planning permission, as long as the front elevation of the house isn't altered — for example, by raising the roof height or adding windows to the front.
Most standard attic conversions take 5–7 weeks from start to handover. This includes all structural, finishing, and decorating works — you don't need to hire separate trades.
Certificates of compliance can be provided at an additional cost, as they are issued under a separate contract with the engineer.
We design and install bespoke kitchens that work for your layout, your habits, and your budget. No catalogue kitchens. Every unit is specified to your space and fitted by our own joiners.
Painting and flooring are always included — you never hand a half-finished kitchen back to yourself.
Cabinet styles
Classic recessed panel doors in a painted or raw timber finish. Timeless, warm, and works in both period and contemporary homes.
Flat, smooth cabinet doors with a clean, minimal profile. Often paired with handleless rail or J-pull for a seamless look.
Integrated push-to-open or rail grip systems eliminate handles entirely. Ideal for very modern or minimalist spaces.
Whether you want to extend outward or upward, we deliver the full package: structural engineering, build, insulation, glazing, tiling, painting, and flooring. One team, one contract.
Extension type
Uses the narrow side passage beside your house to create a wider ground floor. Common in Dublin terraced houses — typically adds 8–15m² without touching the rear garden.
Extends into the rear garden, typically creating an open-plan kitchen-diner. Under 40m² doesn't require planning — our most common project type.
Adds both ground and first floor space — typically 2 rooms per floor. Planning permission required. We manage the full application and engineering process.
Under 40m²? Extensions under 40m² don't require planning permission in most Dublin residential zones. We'll confirm your eligibility at the first consultation — free of charge.
We've never sent a surprise invoice. Every project is fully scoped before we begin, and that scope is what you're charged.
