We watched homeowners go through the same painful experience again and again. They'd hire a builder for the structure, then spend weeks chasing a separate painter, a flooring fitter, a joinery company — each one on a different schedule, each one with their own invoice. The house would sit 90% finished for months while trades played phone-tag.
We started A&B to close that gap. Not by subcontracting more aggressively, but by building a team that could handle every stage internally. Our joiners, painters, tilers, and floor fitters all work under the same roof. When one stage finishes, the next starts — no waiting, no excuses.
Our name is our promise: Home Perfection. It's not a marketing phrase. It's the standard we hold every project to — and the reason we've never sent a client an invoice they weren't expecting.
Today we work across Dublin on attic conversions, kitchen renovations, and extensions. Every project is managed by a named project lead available on WhatsApp throughout. You always know who to call, what stage you're at, and exactly what you'll pay at the end.
